Taxpayers who do not provide the information for consolidation by December 28 will lose the benefits of Pert – the tax regularization program.
With two weeks remaining before the final deadline for the consolidation of Pert, 57,140 participants provided the information necessary for consolidation, which represents approximately 28% of the 208,000 taxpayers eligible to consolidate their debts.
All taxpayers who are active participants in Pert – other debts must, by December 28, 2018, provide such information and pay all outstanding debt balances due through the month of November 2018.

Anyone who fails to comply with any of these obligations will have their installment plan denied, will lose all the program’s benefits, and the collection of all debts subject to consolidation will be resumed.
The information must be provided through the link “Parcelamento – solicitar e acompanhar” (Installment plan – request and track) available on the e-CAC portal of the Federal Revenue Service website on the internet.
