Edict PGE/TR No. 3/2021, in turn, brings the proposal of the State Attorney General’s Office for settlement by adhesion, with the objective of extinguishing collections of registered active debt, relating to the tax on the circulation of goods and on interstate and intermunicipal transport services and communication – ICMS, whose taxable events occurred from 1/1/2020 to 12/31/20, of debtors qualified as a microenterprise, small business or individual microentrepreneur.
